Exchange and Return Policy

We want you to love your Flaura Cart purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as sale items, customized products, and intimate wear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
